Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS
•I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason• I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time• I reserve the right to finish your commission when I choose to. If you would like your commission to be finished within 1 month, or 3 months in the months of September - April, you will be charged extra.• I reserve the right to make changes to my TOS without prior notice.• You may not cancel your commission once the initial fee is taken• Filing a chargeback against me will result in being blacklisted• I will not work on projects costing over $80 without a contract-PAYMENT
• Prices listed are in Canadian dollars.• I take payments in Stripe (credit/debit/apple pay/google pay), Etransfer, and Paypal ONLY• Payment for commissions below $80 is taken upfront.• Prices listed are starting rates - I reserve the right to reduce and increase the price based on commission complexity.• If the price of your commission order is more than $80, you may choose to pay with a payment plan:- 50% of the payment is taken upfront. 25% will be taken when the sketch is completed, and the final 25% will be taken when the work is complete.- this plan can be altered and modified with further discussions.• Large changes to the commission AFTER approval of the sketch will be extra charge. You may ask for changes during the sketch phase. I reserve the right to deny changes.• The prices listed above are for PERSONAL USE with the exception of Twitch emotes and badges: commercial rights to an artwork is 200% of the original price• If you would like your commission to be completed within 1 month of your request, or within 3 months between the months of September - April, you will be charged 70% of the commission price on top of your commission.• Additional characters within an illustration will cost 90% of the base price on top.• I will charge a minimum $20 design fee for characters without a visual reference. This pricing is per hour I spend on the design.• Details of commissions costing more than $80 will be noted within a contract to both protect the artist and the client.• If applicable, I am willing to work within a set budget and will create artwork of the quality appropriate to it.-USE OF ARTWORK
• Art for personal use can be printed, used for self promotional purposes, used as decoration, etc, anything which you will not profit from• Art with commercial rights can be used for merchandise, promotion of brands, anything which you could potentially profit off of, with the exception of NFTs and AI generated work.• You may not claim the artwork (whether it was commissioned for commercial use or personal) as created by yourself• You may not use my artwork in NFTs and AI generation.-REFUNDS
• You will be fully refunded if you ask for a refund before I've started the sketching stage (I will inform you when I do)• You will only be refunded 50% of the price if you ask for a refund when the sketch is complete• There will be no refunds after the sketching phase unless I deem myself unable to finish the commission, or otherwise stated in contract.
